Almost always when I’m traipsing out in nature, I’ll find a place that calls me to throw a quick practice. And usually that’s just what I’ll do. Sometimes I’ll make a video of those practices. This has a couple of benefits. One, it’s very useful to view one’s actual alignments. Two, is the idea of trusting the moment and allowing the flow to come, unplanned. So it doesn’t matter if it’s “good or bad.” The experience in itself, the freedom of non-directed movement, is liberating and elucidating.
