You need some yin today

This half-hour practice includes three core yin postures in a relaxing sequence to help rinse off the pressures of the day. The three postures are supported child’s pose, supported frog pose, and supported deer pose.

• Yoga mat • Yoga blanket (at least one) • Large bolster • Two blocks
